Time Travel Case Study

Time Travels which is a part of travelling industry based in Lahore, Pakistan which operates in the travelling of resources to domestic and international level called Linurotech.

Linurotech is a company specialized in providing solution for Voice and Data which operates into telecommunication market in Pakistan (VOIP/SIP). Time Travels was looking for solution to connect the main branch with remote sites branches without using any Analog lines as the phone line goes engage for half of its customers. They wanted to connect all remote branches with main Branch to provide best customer support to its customer and which could save money on voice communication.

Our NOC Engineers focused this project in both practical and academics investigation way, looking for the investigation as a case study with participant intervention.

As Time Travels possess many remote branches in Domestic site and Main Branch in Lahore Pakistan. The amount of time spend in calling intra branches creates difficulties communicate customers with their representatives as the calling carrier consist continuous traffic and communication between the branches is also a priority. The relevant information was obtain through general meeting with managers. In this meeting, the communication process among sites was understood.

For their concerns, we suggest solution connecting all remote branches with Main Branch Lahore via VoIP/SIP. Our Team deployed Grandstream Brand UCM series Model UCM-6204 consist of 4 FXO & 2 FXS Ports along with 45 Concurrent calls and up to 500 extension and 50 SIP and IP- Phone GXP2140 consist of 4 lines 4 SIP as master console accordingly. Whereas we deployed our Grandstream Brand Basic IP Phone model GXP 1615 consist of 1 line, 1 SIP in all other remote sites and communication to all sites take place by activating SIP trunk which build unified telecommunication network so from now, Branches can able to communicate voice over Internet protocol without any carrier charges and It is from now observe that communication of Time Travels representative with customer is effective.
